By using the Metway website for GI coils, sheets, and steel products, you agree to these Terms. If not, stop using the site. Updates will be posted here; continued use means acceptance.

Website Use

View product information (e.g., specs for construction, fabrication) for reference only. Do not copy, misuse, hack, or disrupt the site without permission.

Orders and Payments

Pricing: Prices are indicative and subject to change. UAE VAT (5%) applies.

Payment: Pay by bank transfer after confirmation. Title passes on full payment and delivery.

Refunds: No refunds on custom orders.

Defects: Notify within 7 days for possible replacement (our discretion, fee may apply).

No Warranties

Site and products provided "AS IS" without guarantees on accuracy, suitability, or performance. Verify specs yourself for your projects.

Liability Limit

We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, delays). Direct liability capped at your payment amount or AED 1,000 maximum. You assume all risks.

Governing Law

UAE law applies; Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
